What Will Be Imported
We will migrate as much user data as possible, including:
- User names
- Email addresses
- Profile avatars (when available)
- Date of birth
- Profile fields and questions (where compatible with mooDating)
Important Notes
User Passwords
For security reasons, passwords on most platforms are encrypted and cannot be transferred. During migration, new passwords will be automatically generated for all users.
Users can log in by using the “Forgot Password” feature to reset their password.
We recommend sending a notification email to all users after migration is completed. You can use the built-in Bulk Mail feature in mooDating for this purpose.

The migration process typically takes 1–2 weeks (business days), depending on the size and complexity of your data.
